NTRC Connect allow users to identify areas where free WiFi implemented by the NTRC and also the WiFi of business places are located throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Information and pictures of these locations are available and displayed to edify the persons on the location and also making it easily identifiable.

NTRC Connect also allow users to report problems with the free NTRC WiFi hotspots when they occur and also the ability to report Telecommunications issues to the NTRC directly. These reports are logged and handled by the staff of the NTRC.
