The Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) invites proposals to provide External Audit Services to the ECTEL Directorate. Proposals must be submitted to the Managing Director of ECTEL by 4:30 p. m. Saint Lucia time on December 20th, 2021.
