The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is in receipt of a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL’s recommendation for Proposed changes to the Universal Service Fund in the ECTEL Member states.
- A copy of the Draft Recommendation is attached to this consultation document.
- The initial comments period will run from December 10, 2015 to January 8, 2016 , however, a deadline has been extended to February 22nd, 2016.
- The comment on comments period will run from January 13 to January 28, 2016, however, the new period has been shifted to 24th February 2016 to 9th March 2016.

5. These initial comments are hereto attached and ECTEL now invites comment to these comments.
6. The Comment on Comments period will run from Wednesday 24th February 2016 to Wednesday 9th March 2016.
7. Following the Reply Comments period, ECTEL’s Directorate will make a final determination on the recommendations for Proposed Changes to the Universal Service Fund in the ECTEL Member States.
