As of June 2016, Cable & Wireless (T/A “FLOW”) is to cease the sending of automated messages for the final notification before disconnecting the service of customers.
Cable & Wireless should instead speak directly to the holder of the account, and this should be done by an actual person that is employed at Cable & Wireless. Records should also be kept of the customer’s name that the representative from Cable & Wireless has spoken to regarding the disconnection.
