A frequency authorisation is relevant only for persons / organizations that have also applied for an individual or class licence or those who already have such a licence and would like to deploy their services using wireless means.

Authorisation Requirements

• Applications to be submitted in triplicate
• Contact / Business details inclusive of names and nationality of company directors / secretary
• Business registration certificate or incorporation certificate
• Diagrammatic representation of the applicant’s share structure (if applicable)
• Applicant’s current and proposed radio activities, inclusive of current and proposed radio infrastructure and frequency authorisations

Important: Frequency Authorization applications must be submitted along with relevant Annex
